How to Submit
Submit Your Abstract
Follow these three simple steps to present your work at the 16th HKL Vascular Conference 2026.

Submit Your Abstract — Free
Prepare your abstract for oral or poster presentation. Submission is completely free and open now to all vascular surgeons, trainees, MOs, nurses, and allied health professionals. No registration payment required to submit.

Await Review & Acceptance
The Scientific Committee will review all submissions. Accepted authors will be notified and invited to present at the conference. You do not need to register or pay anything at this stage.

Register & Pay After Acceptance
Once your abstract is accepted, complete your registration and pay the applicable fee. Registration payment is only required after abstract acceptance — not before.

Abstracts should be original, unpublished work or significant clinical case series
