The HKL Vascular Conference 2026 Organising Committee warmly invites researchers to submit their abstracts and showcase their work.

Register & Pay for the Conference
Register for the conference and complete payment before the deadline: 9th August 2026.

Submit Your Abstract
Submit your abstract online. Submission deadline: 17th July 2026. Open to all vascular surgeons, trainees, MOs, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Receive Acknowledgement Email
You will receive an abstract submission acknowledgement email upon successful submission. All abstracts undergo review by the Abstract Selection Committee.

Receive Acceptance Notice
Acceptance notices will be sent by 24th July 2026. The committee will determine the final mode of presentation — oral (Young Investigators) or E-Poster.

There are two separate competitions with the same deadline. Please select the correct category based on your training level when submitting your abstract.
Category A — MOs & Specialists
E-Poster Presentation
For Medical Officers, Specialists, Consultants, and General Surgeons. Accepted abstracts are presented as E-Posters. Top 5 shortlisted for a 2-minute oral pitch on 3rd September 2026.

- ✓Maximum file size: 10MB
- ✓Top 5: 2 min pitch + 1 min Q&A (max 3 slides)

Category B — Trainees Only
Young Investigator Award
Exclusively for Trainees. Competitive oral presentations judged by senior vascular specialists. Non-selected abstracts reassigned to E-Poster.
