Prize Structure
Three prizes will be awarded to the top Young Investigator presentations, as judged by the Scientific Committee.
Key Deadlines
On the Day
- Duration: 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A
- Maximum 10–12 slides
- Slide upload instructions provided upon acceptance
- Present in English
- Open to trainees only
- Competitive selection based on abstract review
- Non-selected abstracts reassigned to E-Poster competition
- Conference registration required for all presenters
- Originality and clinical relevance of research
- Quality of methodology and results
- Clarity of presentation and delivery
- Ability to answer questions from the judges
- Panel of senior vascular surgeons and specialists
- Judges to be confirmed
Abstract Structure
Your abstract should follow the structured format below. Maximum 250 words. Use the template provided in the submission form.
If your abstract is not selected for the Young Investigator Award, it will automatically be reassigned to the E-Poster competition — you will still be able to present your work.
Tip: Use the abstract template provided in the submission form for the best chance of selection. Ensure your abstract clearly states the clinical significance of your work.
